This month’s theme is Soul Centered Focus.

To redirect yourself back to you becoming more centered in your being and your soul fire, consciously and consistently call yourself home. Recognize where your thoughts have wandered off to and release yourself from them by saying things like “Thank you beautiful mind for being so inquisitive, but I would love to be this inquisitive about what’s present for me. “What’s going on for me right now? Where can I re-deploy these thoughts and vital life energy to focus back on me for my growth and wholeness?” These questions may even lead you to take action on one of those thoughts in your head if it’s important for you to be involved in. The aim is to get out of your mind and into presence. From this place, you can actually live. This also separates us from others and lets others live their life without us needing to run their scripts in our heads. Presence to your life is the key to realizing your dreams and taking meaningful soul centered action in the world. Having drifting thoughts is a normal human behavior, but if you want to level up your life and become centered on your path, invite yourself again and again to become fully immersed in your being, your life and your experience.
