Description of Services
Soul Fire Rising provides:
- Digital wellness programs and educational content focused on personal transformation and healing
- In-person and virtual retreats and workshops
- Soul Fire Archetype assessment and personalized recommendations

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

Payment Terms and Refunds
Payment
When you purchase programs, retreats, or subscriptions, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
Subscriptions
Some services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Refund Policy
- Soul Fire Rising Daily: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for Soul Fire Rising Daily purchases. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase.
- Retreats: Retreat deposits are non-refundable. Full payment refunds are available up to 60 days before the retreat start date, minus the deposit. Cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant or future retreat.
- Subscriptions: Subscription fees are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our website and in our programs, including but not limited to text, images, videos, audio, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Soul Fire Rising or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit our content without our express written permission.
Health and Medical Disclaimer
Soul Fire Rising's programs and services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Our programs are designed for personal growth, wellness, and transformation. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. By participating in our programs, you acknowledge that you are in good health and able to participate in wellness activities. Consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness program, especially if you have any pre-existing health conditions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soul Fire Rising and its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
- Any content obtained from our services
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Soul Fire Rising and its founders, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another person or entity.
Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
If you have any dispute with Soul Fire Rising, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally by sending a written notice to [email protected].
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Arbitration
Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Bend, Oregon, or remotely via video conference.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
