I am an inner fire tender, teacher and student of ancient and indigenous wisdom practices in service of helping you discover, align, and integrate your unique way in the world to be all you came here to be. I’m devoted to learning from nature’s rhythms and wisdom and my life is built around deep connection with sacred intention that inspires love, purpose and alignment. I love a good and giggly kitchen dance party on a Tuesday morning or a day spent discovering the awe of the world through a sunset. There are so many ways to tap into the inner spark of the soul. 

I believe that life can be as abundantly beautiful as we could ever imagine. The biggest (not so secret) secret is: 

We each have a purpose and a gift to share with the world. Each one of us can offer our hands, our voice, our bodies and our minds in service of our souls to help weave a world in love, freedom, and peace. First, we start with creating this in our own lives first.

To live from the heart, ignited by truth, is to live aligned with the soul. In this alignment, we hear our own unique rhythm and begin to explore and understand how this rhythm dances with the world around us co-creating a life full of purpose and co-creation.

My skills and life experiences have led me to this work of weaving mind, body, and soul for inner transformation and healing.

Regardless of where you are on your journey, it is an honor to hold space for you while you dive into your soul and discover what it truly means for you to live in alignment with your heart. Living from this place allows us to be truly free.

My deepest wish for you is to be so certain of the light in your heart, the fire in your soul, and the life force running through your veins, that you are empowered to live into all parts of your human experience with vigor, gratitude, peace and love finding a sense of solace and power in your truth.

I created Soul Fire Rising to help facilitate a sustainable space for your journey to uncover who you are at your core. I believe when we are connected to our true nature, our passions, gifts and inner compass, we become a beacon of light for ourselves and the world around us. Your vitality depends on your willingness to rise to the occasion of your life.

We are firekeepers. Tenders of the flame. The unique gifts that you possess need your awareness and commitment to learn about them—to cultivate them. By living in practice (even in the chaos) you become more whole by consciously tending the embers of your soul to rekindle your divine flame. You are a gift to yourself and those around you when you give yourself permission to be all you can be.
