Who are we?

Kay Jack is the founder of Soul Fire Rising, a transformative platform devoted to guiding individuals toward self-discovery, spiritual growth, and alignment with their true essence. With over 15 years of experience in the healing arts, Kay combines her expertise in Kripalu Yoga (500-hour RYT), meditation teaching, Ayurveda, energy work, and indigenous wisdom traditions. She also holds a BS in Nutrition and Life Sciences from UVM and certifications in breathwork, personal training, and root cause practices. As a ceremonialist and retreat facilitator, Kay integrates ancient healing practices with modern tools to create inclusive, impactful experiences that inspire inner peace, resilience, and personal transformation.

Veronika Wojakowska is a fitness coach based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, specializing in empowering women to build strength and confidence through personalized movement programs. She is an Enlifted Level 1 Coach and the creator of Move With Veronika. With a background as a collegiate tennis player at Colorado State University, Veronika combines her athletic experience with her coaching expertise to offer comprehensive fitness guidance. She also shares her fitness philosophy and training insights through her social media platforms.
