Demystifying Death

Death. Ah yes. The ending for a new beginning.

One day it will come. We can’t avoid it, but we can prepare for it. Death doesn’t care that you have things left on your to-do list. It doesn’t care that you’ve been waiting your whole life to get started on something. This is why we must prioritize our well-being and our authentic truth. Who did you come here to be?

The beauty of this cyclical life, is that we get to explore our ability to become familiar with beginnings and endings. The more we understand them, the more we can utilize their inevitability to our advantage.

Quit stacking your life full of stressors and things that you will get to “some day”. Do yourself a massive favor by stripping away the extra and tying up loose ends. Be present for your life.

What are you living for?

Tuning into your soul daily, feeling and sensing what your best focus is for the day and ultimately for your life will help you stay grounded in your growing. Make a commitment to your life and allow its unfolding so that when death eventually comes to you in some way shape or form, whether it be turning a new leaf at work, or letting go of a relationship, you welcome it graciously with open arms.

Does your life fill you up or drain you?

Death creates space for life and life creates space for death.

Live well and live light.
