How developing your witness helps you stay true to your soul fire and awakens your wildest dreams.

Have you ever wondered why you struggle to ultimately make changes in your life or achieve the goals you set out to accomplish?

Each goal, each desire, each growth moment requires something in us to shift or change to create something new. We are unable to experience a new reality if we keep replaying the old reality.

Every micro decision we make throughout our day adds up to create our macro life. The accumulations of these moments make a big difference in your reality.

How will we choose to meet each of these moments?

Based on our choices and the relationship we have to our soul fire, we arrive at a particular destination. The way to ensure you are on your path is by being a conscious participant in the unfolding of your life. 

To participate consciously means arriving fully, completely and totally in every moment to the absolute best of your ability, leading you to make choices that will guide you down your soul’s ultimate path. 

Steps to Waking Your Dreams:

1. Determine what your path is. This requires a lot of continuous soul searching, meditation, contemplation and observation.

2. Develop your witness consciousness. Watch yourself with loving kindness and great care. This is the ability to have a Bird’s Eye view or 3rd party perspective of any thoughts, emotions and actions. Do this through conscious movement practices like dance, movement flow, yoga, specific meditation etc (Join me for practice here). Ask for support from the universe, or something bigger and greater than yourself that you have faith in.

3. Become the witness and guide of your own life. With each moment developing the “watcher” of your thoughts, emotions,and actions to give yourself the ability to make sound choices.

Being able to witness yourself in moments, especially ones with lots of charge behind them (arguments or even celebrations) takes a lot of conscious awareness. When your witness is strong, you are able to see your growth opportunities and you will come to know what is the best choice for you in each moment. You will learn to trust in your path and ultimately the unfolding of your life. 

Having grace with yourself as you make shifts and even mistakes helps your witness grow stronger giving you the ability to create massive change in your life that is ultimately in alignment with your soul.

Creating a life you are lit up by requires your full participation. You get to choose how you respond instead of reacting to life. Slow it down, become the witness and make choices that align with your heart to activate your soul fire.
